Time Out Affirmations

You are worthy of a Time Out So Take Them

One of those things that we need in our lives is some time out. We tend to work ourselves day in and day out and not take any deliberate rest and promise ourselves that at the weekend we shall take time for ourselves, only to have to tend to other people or have to do other stuff that doesn't involve a little downtime. Yes, we can manifest some downtime, this works because our mind will start to shift to allow things to happen that will make time for ourselves.

Manifest Correctly and Quickly

Follow these 5 steps below to ensure a quick and correct manifestation. Avoid leaving things to chance. Take actionable steps to help with your time-out manifestations. Make plans to do something alone or with a friend. If the time out is at home, make sure your environment is clean and tidy, and peaceful.

Be Clear in what you want, when it comes to manifesting your time-out. Don't be flippant with your idea of what your time-out will look like. You do not want to confuse yourself by switching from relaxing at home, going out, etc, and end up doing nothing at all.

Visualise yourself in a setting that will make you feel happy and relaxed. Even go as far as what you are wearing. What does your environment look like?

Be consistent in not only your visualization but in your affirmations as well. Life has a habit of making us think of anything and everything, and a lot of those thoughts tend to stray away from manifesting the things that we want. We often get caught up in focusing on the lack and how hard it is to get the things we want because our circumstances do not allow it. If you catch yourself straying into the negative thought realm, try not to get stuck there. It may take a short while to discipline yourself but you will get there.

Replace mental Blocks by counteracting them with positive affirmations. Easier said than done I hear you say, and you will not be wrong there. But it is not about being easy it's all about creating discipline and repetitive behaviour and your thoughts are no exception. We all have many a time gone offf in our brain, creating scenarios that don't exist, through conversations of what someone might say seeing a doom and gloom item. Too many times we get stuck there because it has become our default button, but it is up to us to keep trying so we can start living the life we want to live.
When start to block yourself try something like this. Things never work out for me to I know I am not where I want to be now but I know I will be.

Trust in Your Words so that you can infuse what you are saying into your subconscious mind. This may take a little while to get into a rhythm, but you can help yourself by affirming and visualising at the same time. For example ''I ;ove taking time out for myself it makes me more productive in the long on and is so good for me.'' Changing your phrases can help solidify what you want to manifest and can invoke a feeling behind it making you more likely to trust in what you are saying.
